In general, there is an overarching principle regarding any work on church holidays. If possible, and unless it involves urgent matters (such as a pipe burst or an emergency operation), it's advisable to postpone your work in order to participate in the divine service.
If you cannot go early in the morning, at least try to come in the evening before the holiday to pray and listen to the festive hymns.
After the Divine Liturgy, you can fully engage in your work—whether that be in an office, a workplace, or at home.
