Is it possible to read the abbreviated Psalter of St. Augustine?translated

Reader question:
I'm wondering about the abbreviated Psalter of St. Augustine. It is available on the Internet and in prayer books with canons and akathists of the Russian Orthodox Church. They even made a film about St. Augustine, but not a word about the Psalter. Please tell me how to read it? Is it possible to read with a request for a loved one? I asked many different priests, but they couldn’t answer anything.
Anastasia
Priest's answer:
Archpriest Andrey EFANOV
