To “fix everything,” the victim is persuaded to “update his account with the Central Bank.” To do this, they ask you to withdraw all the money from one ATM, and then deposit it through another - using the details that will be sent in the chat. To be convincing, they may send you “video instructions from the Central Bank” - but this is a fake.
