The multi-day St. Nicholas religious procession takes place along an updated routetranslated

In the Simbirsk diocese, the good old tradition of the religious procession, which is dedicated to St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, is being revived. Each time this event leaves all its participants with good memories and joy. So today, July 30, in the Epiphany Church in the village of Arskoye, during the divine service, they prayed that the Lord would bless everyone who wants to take part in such a good deed.

The Divine Liturgy was performed by the secretary of the Simbirsk diocesan administration, Priest Roman Solodko, the rector of the Epiphany Church in the village. Arskoye Archpriest Alexy Kormishin, church cleric Sergiy Shabaev and spiritual father of the St. Nicholas religious procession Priest Sergiy Chamyshev.

Father Roman addressed the crusaders and village residents gathered for prayer:

— The procession of the cross is a special feat of prayer. During the journey, each cross-walker has something to pray about and talk with the Lord, for which to ask Him for forgiveness.
