A spiritual and educational meeting for students of the Russian classical school “Lestvitsa” was organized in the Church of St. Nicholas, Archbishop of Myra in Lycia, miracle worker in the Gardens of Krasnodar on the feast of the Nativity of the Mother of God. But the morning for the children began even earlier - with participation in the festive Divine Liturgy, during which the children received the Holy Mysteries of Christ.

After the service, an open lesson took place with priest Sergiy Kondratenko. He told the children about the meaning of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary and talked with them about the Christian understanding of family and fidelity. Particular attention was paid to mutual devotion and true marital love.

As reported on the church’s public page on the VKontakte social network, in order to consolidate what they had heard, schoolchildren watched cartoons dedicated to the Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary and the life of the holy saints Peter and Fevronia.
