Metropolitan Teofan resanctified the place of worship in Rădeni: Let us thank God for the existence of this churchtranslated

His Eminence Father Teofan, Metropolitan of Moldova and Bucovina, re-consecrated the church of Radeni Parish, in Neamț county, on Sunday. "Let us thank God for the existence of this church," His Eminence urged the faithful.

Metropolitan Teofan showed that the life of the authentic Christian is based on participation in the Holy Liturgy, on reading the Holy Scriptures and on prayer.

"The true Christian, who travels with Christ in His Church, is a Christian who confesses and participates at least once a week in the Holy Liturgy. In the Holy Liturgy, through which we offer our lives to God, with our troubles, with our good and bad, God gives Himself to us in return, in His Body and Blood."

Also, His Eminence said that a true Christian is the one "who has the Holy Scripture in his heart, in his mind, in his house and in front of him, because the Scripture is not a simple word. The Holy Apostle Paul says that it is truth, it is power, it is trust in the Holy Spirit, it is the presence of God in our life and in the life of the world".
