On August 18, 2026, Metropolitan Seraphim of Penza and Nizhnelomovsky performed the rite of consecration of three bells for the belfry of the chapel in honor of the icon of the Mother of God “Joy of All Who Sorrow” on the territory of the production corporation Khimmash LLC.
