On September 26, on the eve of the Exaltation of the Holy and Life-Giving Cross of our Lord, Metropolitan Krasnoyarsk and Achinsk Nikita celebrated the all-night vigil in the Church of the Nativity of Christ in Krasnoyarsk.

His Eminence was served by: the dean of the Right Bank Eparchial Parish District of Krasnoyarsk, the rector of the Church of the Nativity of Christ, Archpriest Maxim Smolyakov, and clergy from churches in Krasnoyarsk.

The liturgical chants were performed by the choir of the church. Metropolitan Perm and Kungur Ignatius served the all-night vigil.

Archbishop Nikita celebrated the service of the Exaltation of the Cross.

After the service, the clergy paid reverence to the Cross, after which the head of the Krasnoyarsk Eparchy performed chrismation on the faithful.

At the conclusion of the divine services, Archbishop Nikita addressed those present with an archpastoral word.

The head of the Krasnoyarsk Eparchy presented commemorative medals "165 Years Since the Formation of the Krasnoyarsk (Yenisei) Diocese" to Archpriest Maxim Smolyakov, Archpriest Vasily Pavalov, Archpriest Andrei Yunevman, Hieromonk Martin (Romanov), Priest Alexander Nevsky, Deacon Boris Sabirov, Deacon Dimitry Verbilov, as well as Mikhail Krasheninnikov, Petr Nakonoshtny, Vladislav Lyshkov, and Vitaly Teternin.
