On September 28, Metropolitan Nikita of Krasnoyarsk and Achinsk visited the children's military-spiritual academy named after the Holy Blessed Prince Dmitry Donskoy, created on the basis of the Spektr additional education center in Krasnoyarsk.

Bishop Nikita inspected the academy buildings, the premises for students and the administrative part, after which he performed the ceremony of consecrating the patriotic banner of the academy.

Education at the academy lasts four years and will be free. Classes will take place five days a week in the afternoon. The program includes combat and fire training, studying the military history of Russia and military regulations, wrestling and chess, educational robotics, assembling and controlling UAVs, as well as studying the lives of saints and spiritual and moral principles. Particular attention will be paid to character education - responsibility, camaraderie, respect for elders, family and homeland.
