Metropolitan Nikandr met with the head of the Gus-Khrustalny municipal districttranslated

On October 27, 2026, a working meeting was held between Metropolitan Nikandr of Vladimir and Suzdal with the head of the Gus-Khrustalny municipal district of the Vladimir region, Alexey Viktorovich Kabenkin.

The meeting was also attended by the dean of the Gusevsky city church district, Priest Vsevolod Perepelkin, and the rector of the St. George Cathedral of the city of Gus-Khrustalny, Hieromonk Kiprian (Vlasov).

The parties discussed working issues of interaction between the Vladimir diocese and the administration of the municipal district regarding the activities of parishes, including those included in the Gusev city church district. Particular attention was paid to the accumulated issues of parish life that require joint consideration.

Following the meeting, further steps were outlined to resolve the identified issues and continue cooperation.
