On the night of September 13-14, a permanent member of the Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church, Chairman of the Financial and Economic Administration of the Russian Orthodox Church, Metropolitan Nikandr of Vladimir and Suzdal led the Divine Liturgy in the Holy Dormition Cathedral of the city of Vladimir on the occasion of the offering of the right hand of St. Spyridon of Trimythous.

Concelebrating with His Eminence were Metropolitan Joseph of Ivanovo-Voznesensk and Vichuga, Bishop Isaac of Kasimov and Sasovo, Bishop Benjamin of Rybinsk and Romanovo-Borisoglebsk, Bishop Nil of Murom and Vyaznikovsky, Bishop Feoktist of Pereslavl and Uglich.
