With the blessing of Metropolitan John of Belgorod and Stary Oskol, the meeting was held on July 15 under the chairmanship of Metropolitan Barsanuphius of St. Petersburg and Ladoga at the residence of the Moscow metropolitans at the Church of the Prophet Elijah in Cherkizovo.
