The Ministry of Education proposes changes for the enrollment calendar in the preparatory classtranslated

The Ministry of Education and Research published on Wednesday the draft calendar for enrolling children in the preparatory class in the 2027-2028 school year. Registrations begin on March 31, 2027.

Parents whose children turn 6 years old by August 31, 2027 inclusive, have the obligation to enroll their children in the preparatory class.

According to the project, children who turn 6 between September 1 and December 31, 2027 inclusive can be enrolled in the preparatory class based on a recommendation, if their level of development is appropriate.

"The final form of the calendar will be approved following the analysis of the feedback received on the e-mail address dedicated to public consultation for this project and after the meeting of the Social Dialogue Commission (CDS) at the level of the Ministry of Education and Research", informs Agerpres.

Enrollment steps The first stage of enrolling children in primary education is the processing by the National Enrollment Commission of enrollment-type applications, with the help of the computer application, and the assignment of children to the constituency school.
