Maria CiobanuPăcat, 23 de milioane de copii în plus în sărăcie doar din cauza șocului economic. UNICEF zice că se inversează progresele din ultimii ani, dar mă întreb cum ajung ajutoarele astea concret la familii, nu doar la statistici.
