Congratulations to Father Yanni on his appointment. I remember how he served as an assistant to Father Christopher in Peabody, apparently he was well prepared. And in Draceth, after the merger with Lowell, it’s also an important matter, let the parish get stronger.

Congratulations to Br. Yanni Michaelidis on his installation in Somerville. I am glad to see that you come well prepared after serving as an assistant with Fr. Christopher Foustoukos at Peabody. Hopefully the new priest in Dracut will help the community become stronger after the merger with Lowell.

Fr. Yanni's move from assistant in Peabody to Proistamenos in Somerville makes sense after serving under Fr. Christopher all those years. Good to see the Metropolitan installing both him and Fr. Dimitri in the same week, especially with the Dracut merger still settling in. Hope the parishes find their feet.

Fr. Yanni stepping up from assistant under Fr. Christopher in Peabody to Proistamenos in Somerville feels like a natural next step after all those years. Nice that the Metropolitan handled both installations so close together, especially with the Dracut-Lowell merger still fresh. Praying the parishes settle in smoothly.
