Metropolitan Epifaniy of Ukraine meets Ukrainian Ambassador to Poland

Metropolitan Epifaniy of Kyiv and All Ukraine, Primate of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, visited the Ukrainian Embassy in Poland during his trip abroad to participate in the international Forum 2000 conference in Prague, Czech Republic.

During the visit, Metropolitan Epifaniy met with Ukraine’s Ambassador to Poland, Vasyl Bodnar, to discuss the current religious situation in Ukraine and developments in interfaith dialogue.

The discussions also focused on potential areas of further cooperation and issues of mutual interest concerning religious life and Ukrainian society.

Both sides emphasized the importance of maintaining close communication, strengthening mutual understanding and continuing cooperation on matters affecting religious communities and Ukrainian society.

The meeting took place as part of Metropolitan Epifaniy’s international engagements during his visit to Central Europe.
