The planting of trees on the site of the future memorial park "Immortal Medical Battalion" took place on the territory of the male Alapaevsk Monastery named after the New Martyrs and Confessors of the Russian Church on the feast day of the Holy Martyresses Faith, Hope, Love, and their mother Sophia.

The planting of two avenues dedicated to the memory of medical workers who died while performing their duty during local military operations and in the course of a special military operation — "this is a living reminder of those who risked their own lives to save others," noted the organizers.

Trees were planted by members of the Union of Officers of Russia, local law enforcement officials, representatives of the All-Russian Public-State Organization "First Ones Movement," residents of Alapaevsk and the Alapaevsk District. As they said in the monastery, the project of the memorial park "Immortal Medical Battalion" has not only a commemorative but also an educational significance for the monastery: "For young people, this is a vivid lesson on how faith manifests itself in deeds: through patience, compassion, and readiness to sacrifice oneself for one's neighbor."
