The Romanian monastery in Mono, Ontario, will host a new pan-Orthodox meeting of young people from Canadatranslated

At the beginning of the Assumption Lent, the Romanian Orthodox Monastery "St. Cross" and "St. Ephrem the New" in the Canadian province of Ontario organizes a pilgrimage with the miracle-working Icon of the Mother of God Gerontissa and a new pan-Orthodox meeting of young people in Canada.
The events will take place on July 31 and August 1, in the presence of His Holiness Father Ioan Casian, the Romanian Orthodox Bishop of Canada.
The events begin with the vespers on the evening of July 31, celebrated from 6:30 p.m., followed by August 1 starting at 8:00 a.m. with Matins and Holy Liturgy, followed by fraternal agape.
The procession with the icon will take place on the same day at 2:00 p.m., followed by the Pan-Orthodox Meeting of Young Adults of Canada from 3:00 p.m.
