The Romanian monastery in La Clua, Spain, celebrated its patron saint: St. Parascheva fulfilled the word of God from infancytranslated

"Saint Pious Parascheva, the protector of this Holy Monastery, listened to and fulfilled the word of the Lord from her early childhood, sanctifying both her soul and body," Vicar-Bishop Theophilus of Iberia of Spain and Portugal said on Sunday.
The Holy Liturgy was celebrated at the outer altar of the monastic settlement. His Eminence emphasized the importance of inner resurrection through the fulfillment of God's word, offering Saint Pious Parascheva as a model of living.
"The resurrection of bodies will be a gift of God to all men. With the same power with which the Lord raised the son of the widow of Nain, he will also raise us up at the last day, whether we are righteous or sinners."
"May Saint Parascheva inspire us and help us to lead a clean and holy life, so that, on the last day, we will rise to the resurrection of life, and not to the resurrection of condemnation," concluded the hierarch.
At the end of the service, the proto-single Ignatie Căpâlna, the abbot of the monastic settlement, thanked all those who were involved in the organization of the sanctuary.
