The tourist line Bucharest City Tour extends its route to the National Cathedraltranslated

The Bucharest City Tour tourist line will include, starting this week, a new stop at the National Cathedral, announced the Bucharest Transport Company.
The extension of the route takes effect from Friday, when tourist buses will arrive, for the first time, at the National Cathedral. According to the Bucharest Transport Company, the new station will allow visitors to arrive directly "in front of the largest church in Romania and one of the most imposing European Orthodox cathedrals".
At the same time, STB representatives point out that the place of worship "stands out for its monumental architecture, imposing tower and spectacular interior mosaics, hand-made by Romanian artists from pieces of Murano glass and gold leaf".
Another change concerns the route traveled during the days of operation. Thus, on Friday, the buses will run on the Red Route, which returns to Calea Victoriei, while on Saturday and Sunday they will run on the Blue Route.
