The Romanian language and culture will be promoted in 13 cities on the European Day of Languagestranslated

The Romanian language and culture will be promoted in 13 cities around the world on the occasion of the European Day of Languages, informs the Romanian Cultural Institute. Between September 24 and October 15, courses, workshops and interactive activities will be organized.

The programs will take place in Bucharest, Beijing, Lisbon, London, Madrid, Prague, Tokyo, Warsaw, New York, Stockholm, Tel Aviv, Athens and Belgrade.

LinguaFest in Bucharest In Bucharest, the European Day of Languages will be celebrated on September 25 through LinguaFest, organized at the headquarters of the National Youth Foundation.

The program includes a round table on the importance of foreign language study, workshops, stands of cultural institutes and a linguistic treasure hunt.

The Romanian Cultural Institute will have a specially arranged stand, where visitors will be able to find out details about the Romanian language courses for foreigners and will be able to participate in games and educational activities. Access is free, subject to availability.
