Pupils of 2-3 grades of secondary school No. 17 visited the Lida Cathedral of Christ the Saviortranslated

Archpriest Alexei Glinsky met the schoolchildren at the church. The conversation began with the priest asking the young guests what they knew about goodness and good deeds.

The guys vied with each other to name many qualities that characterize a decent person. Then the priest asked, “Do you always act kindly to each other in your class?”  The question made the students think. The conversation continued in the Christian vein, understanding the causes of evil and ways to combat it. “Prayer, going to church, and interest in religious knowledge strengthen a person’s desire to keep God’s Commandments,” the priest noted, among other things.
