The pilgrims traveled on the boat for about an hour. On the first day of their stay on the island, the pilgrims visited St. Nicholas Skete, evening service. And on the second day we visited Divine Liturgy in the main shrine of the monastery - the Transfiguration Cathedral, where the revered shrines are located - the relics of St. Sergius and Herman of Valaam - the founders of the monastery, where they confessed and received communion.
