Leova celebrates its patron saint with a pedestrian street laid out with European supporttranslated

Eighty localities in the country celebrate their patron saint today, including the city of Leova. On the occasion of the 537th anniversary of the first documentary attestation, a pedestrian street was inaugurated here, designed with European support. The locals say that the city has changed a lot in recent years and they hope that more and more Moldovans from the diaspora will return home, so that Leova remains a living city.
