The Tsarsky Cultural and Educational Center invites you to its events on October 21 and 22, 2026.
On October 21 at 18:00 the next meeting of the Good Cinema film club will take place. The audience will be presented with the film “The Promise of Happiness” (USSR, Lentelefilm, 1974, director Lev Tsutsulkovsky).
The film consists of three short stories based on the stories by Konstantin Paustovsky “Night in October”, “Rainy Dawn” and “White Rainbow”. They talk about how people, scorched by war, continue to live in anticipation of happiness and love.
Cast: Yuri Yakovlev, Nikolai Butrekhin, Oleg Efremov, Pyotr Velyaminov. The female roles in all three short stories were performed by Lyudmila Chursina.

On October 22 at 15:00 the Sverdlovsk Philharmonic in the Tsarsky Center Hall will present a concert “Poetry and Music” for young spectators and spectators in love with their youth. The program includes classical romances and romances by modern authors, poems by Russian poets.
Performers: laureate of international competitions, artist of the SGAF Symphony Choir Diliza Nadyrova (mezzo-soprano), laureates of all-Russian and international competitions Mikhail Kurlapov (violin) and Marina Kurlapova (piano).
The host of the concert is Elena Belykh.
