Throughout the city of Kirov, the festive peals of the city's church bells will announce the greatness of our city, its ancient history, Orthodox traditions, and unique culture: Joyful tolling for the day of the city will spread through the streets, parks, and along the river, filling the Vjatka with a pure and divine sound, so that the golden autumn sun sparkles on the Vjatka and brings peace and joy to all. The festive peals dedicated to the Day of Kirov will take place within the framework of the cultural-educational project "Resounding City," a winner of the 2026 grant competition "Pravoslavnaia Initsiativa" by the charitable foundation supporting humanitarian and enlightening initiatives "Sorotchnost'.
