On October 26, at the Chekhov secondary school, the rector of the Ascension Church in the city of Istra, Priest Maxim Buneev, as part of the missionary action “National Unity Day,” held a lesson for high school students with a presentation recommended by the Synodal Department. During the lesson, the priest discussed with the children: the premises of the “Time of Troubles”, the importance of united popular power, the key role of the Russian Orthodox Church and the intercession of the Mother of God in a fateful period of Russian history.
