On the occasion of Alexander Nevsky Day, regular motocross competitions were held in Taratranslated

On the day of honoring the holy blessed prince Alexander Nevsky at the beginning of autumn, according to tradition, not for the first year, motocross championship competitions and for the “Alexander Nevsky Cup” are held in Tara.

In these September days, regular competitions were held at the Tara Motordrome named after Alexander Nevsky.

Bishop Vikenty of Tara and Tyukalinsk attended the opening of the annual competition. Athletes from different regions of Russia attended the event.

Before the start of the All-Russian Championship, the ruling bishop addressed the guests and participants with a welcoming speech.

Participants in the motocross competition, as well as guests of the event, were greeted by the head of the Tara region Evgeny Lysakov, the senator of the Russian Federation from the Omsk region Ivan Evstifeev and the deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region Vadim Berezhnoy.
