A clergyman of the Makhachkala diocese took part in the IV International Forum of Compatriotstranslated

From October 21 to October 24, 2026, the IV International Forum of Compatriots Living Abroad, dedicated to the Year of the Unity of the Peoples of Russia, is being held in Makhachkala.

The event, organized by the Ministry of National Policy and Religious Affairs of the Republic of Dagestan, is held in order to strengthen and develop diverse contacts with compatriots abroad, expand humanitarian cooperation with foreign associations of compatriots, synchronize efforts in protecting common interests, as well as preserve Russian cultural identity and historical memory.

The forum is attended by compatriots living in foreign countries, representatives of the leadership of the Republic of Dagestan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Federal Agency for the Affairs of the Commonwealth of Independent States, the Federal Agency for Nationalities and the Assembly of the Peoples of the World.
