The cleric of the diocese organized a spiritual conversation at the Yuratishkovsky secondary schooltranslated

On October 16, as part of the Week of Parental Love, an important and necessary meeting was held at the Yuratishkovsky secondary school. The rector of the Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, Archpriest Sergius Kozachok, talked with ninth-graders on a current topic - “The harmful habit of foul language.”
Father Sergius did not give long lectures, but had a heart-to-heart talk with the guys. He explained that bad words are not just “verbal garbage,” but something that defiles the human soul and darkens relationships with loved ones. In the context of the Week of Parental Love, the priest especially emphasized: respect for parents begins with respect for their hearing and their native language.
The students listened attentively and did not remain indifferent: they asked questions and shared their opinions. The meeting turned out to be lively and useful.
