Priest Pavel Maksimets held a missionary event in the village House of Creativitytranslated

On the bright feast of the Intercession of our Most Holy Lady Theotokos and Ever-Virgin Mary, the rector of the Church of the Ascension of the Lord, Priest Pavel Maksimets, held a missionary event in the village House of Creativity.

The priest did not come empty-handed to visit those who develop creativity in children. He brought with him a large ancient icon of the Intercession of the Virgin Mary - the image of the zealous Intercessor who extended Her honest omophorion over the world.

Teachers and students listened to Father Pavel with interest and attention. Having lovingly told them about the meaning of the wonderful holiday, the priest drew an analogy: just as a mother covers her beloved child with a blanket at night, so the Protection of the Mother of God protects us from all evil. And the presentation on the screen helped the children visually imagine and understand this great event.

At the end of this warm meeting, Father Pavel presented each teacher with colorful and soul-helping booklets “The Protection of the Most Holy Theotokos.”
