9. októbra sa v obci Plastunovskaya odohrala významná udalosť. V Paláci kultúry sa konal slávnostný ceremoniál inaugurácie vedúceho vidieckej osady Oleynika Sergeja Konstantinoviča, ktorý bol do tejto funkcie zvolený už po štvrtýkrát.

Na inauguráciu boli pozvaní zástupcovia krajských a okresných úradov, vedúci výchovných a predškolských zariadení a obyvatelia obce.
