On October 9, an important event took place in the village of Plastunovskaya. A solemn ceremony was held at the Palace of Culture for the inauguration of the head of the rural settlement of Oleynik Sergei Konstantinovich, who was elected to this post for the fourth time.

Representatives of the regional and district authorities, heads of educational and preschool institutions, and residents of the village were invited to the inauguration.

Among the guests was the rector of the Church of the Ascension of the Lord, Priest Pavel Maksimets. In his pastoral speech, the priest warmly congratulated Sergei Konstantinovich on his responsible appointment. He reminded everyone present that any good deed, and especially service to people, must begin with God’s blessing.

Then Father Pavel made a prayer for the beginning of a good deed and blessed the head of the settlement for his work.
