"Christ continues to feed us even today" - through the Holy Eucharist, said Sunday, at the Radu Vodă Monastery in the Capital, the Most Reverend Father Iachint de Pacific, Vicar Bishop of the Diocese of Australia and New Zealand.

"Christ feeds us with the Holy and Divine Eucharist, with His Body and Blood", continued the Father Vicar, also recalling the fact that, symbolically, the Holy Eucharist is obtained from five presques - the number of loaves multiplied by Christ.

"In every fragment of the Holy Communion being full the Body and Blood of the Lord, which are sufficient for us to save ourselves and to see more than the apostles understood: that Christ is the Savior and that His teaching is saving, and that only by following Him we will become like God and we will fulfill the meaning of our existence", explained the hierarch.
