In the Cheryomushki area in the south-west of Moscow, construction of a church in honor of the righteous Simeon the God-Receiver and Anna the Prophetess continues.

An expressive tent will not only make the building stand out among the dense urban development, but will also become the architectural dominant of the area,” noted the parliamentarian’s press service.
Currently, construction is underway on the first stage of the church complex - the church itself with the installation of a boiler room in the underground part.
The complex will include three chapels and a developed underground space, which will house premises for worship, baptism, funeral services and a boiler room. A lift and an elevator are provided for parishioners with limited mobility. At the second stage, it is planned to build a clergy house on the site.
The parish itself is already developing its busy activities: there is a Sunday group for children with the study of the Law of God, choral singing and drawing, and there are also clubs...
