Green Lava: A young man’s story on the road to the Oscars

The documentary short, made in collaboration with the Vatican, will be screened in Beverly Hills from September 18, beginning its qualification journey for the Academy Awards. Its protagonist Giacomo Mattivi tells Vatican Media: “The message will reach as many people as possible.” Director Lia Beltrami speaks of a life “lived in faith,” while Dr. Paolo Ruffini describes the film as “an antidote to our clouded eyes.”
