Спасибо, прочитал. В обращении владыка Стефан хорошо напомнил про то, что пост — это не просто еда, а время, когда надо душу прибирать. У меня в этом году как раз сил маловато, так что буду стараться хотя бы молитву вечернюю не пропускать.
