Every child needs a man who believes in him: Pro Vita Iași transforms solidarity into opportunities for educationtranslated

"Every child needs a man who believes in him" is the message of the solidarity campaign through which the Pro Vita Department of the Archdiocese of Iasi will support, in the 2026-2027 school year, 140 pupils and students from large families.

The program will include 100 merit scholarships, worth 300 lei per month, awarded for ten months to pupils and students with very good academic results, as well as 40 material support scholarships intended for children and young people in vulnerable situations, to prevent school dropouts and continue their studies.

In addition to monthly scholarships, beneficiaries receive personalized financial support for meditations, specialization courses, equipment for study or medical situations, participate in vocational guidance activities and summer schools.

Anniversary event This year, the project marked a decade of activity. In its ten years of existence, the Pro Vita Department of the Archdiocese of Iasi has supported 176 pupils and students from families with at least seven children from the counties of Iasi, Botoșani and Neamț.
