Bishop Vladimir celebrated an all-night vigil on the eve of the patronal feast of the Elias Churchtranslated

On August 1, 2026, on the eve of the memory of the prophet Elijah of God, Bishop Vladimir of Novokuznetsk and Tashtagol celebrated an all-night vigil in the church of the holy prophet Elijah in Osinniki.

His Eminence was served by:

Secretary of the Novokuznetsk Diocesan Administration, Rector of the Church of the Holy Equal-to-the-Apostles Prince Vladimir in Novokuznetsk - Priest Alexander Platitsyn;

full-time cleric of the Transfiguration Cathedral in Novokuznetsk - Archpriest Maxim Matveev;

rector of the Church of the Holy Prophet Elijah in Osinniki - Archpriest Maxim Tarutantov;

Church of the Holy Prophet Elijah in Osinniki - Archpriest Evgeny Kulikov;

full-time clergyman of the Transfiguration Cathedral in Novokuznetsk - deacon Alexander Kosmynin;

cleric of the Novokuznetsk diocese, Hierodeacon Sergius (Ashpin).

After reading the Holy Gospel, Bishop Vladimir anointed the believers with consecrated oil.

Then the archpastor addressed the worshipers with a word in which he congratulated those present on their patronal feast day.

The rector of the church, Archpriest Maxim Tarutantov, addressed Vladyka Vladimir with words of gratitude for the divine service performed on the eve of the patronal feast day.
