Bishop Vikenty met with participants in teenage camps in Sargatskytranslated

With the blessing of Bishop Vikenty of Tara and Tyukalinsk, traditional autumn teenage gatherings were held at the Sargat St. Nicholas Monastery.
The camp brought together about two dozen teenagers from Omsk and the Omsk region - members of the Orthodox detachment “Strela”, pupils of the “Transfiguration” camp, as well as children who joined the event for the first time.
On the eve of the celebration of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God, Bishop Vikenty of Tatar and Tyukalinsk visited the children. The archpastor performed a polyeleos in the monastery, addressed the worshipers with an archpastoral word and gave sweet gifts to the children.
On the day of the holiday itself, teenagers prayed at the Divine Liturgy and received the Holy Mysteries of Christ.
At the end of the departure, a thanksgiving prayer was performed. Before leaving, the guys venerated a particle of the relics of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, which resides in the monastery.
