As part of his archpastoral visit, Bishop Vikenty of Tara and Tyukalinsk visited the working-class village of Bolsherechye, the center of the Bolsherechensky church district.

The bishop inspected the Assumption Church, the cathedral church of the district, under construction, talked with the rector and local residents, and also held a meeting with the former head of the Bolsherechensky district and assistant to the parish Vasily Ivanovich Maistepanov.

Bishop Vincent got acquainted with the current work of the church, discussed with the dean of the district, Archpriest Andrei Reshitov, issues of further development of parish life and plans to strengthen spiritual educational work.
