The Bishop of Australia and New Zealand served at the Cernica Monasterytranslated

Bishop Mihail of Australia and New Zealand celebrated the Holy Liturgy at the Cernica Monastery in Ilfov county on Sunday.
His Eminence was joined in the service by Archimandrite Vasile Pîrjol, the abbot of Cernica Monastery and clerics from the monastic community.
After reading the Gospel about the healing of the two demonized, the hierarch highlighted the spiritual teachings derived from the biblical text.
The link between the Cernica Monastery and Bishop Mihail is a special one: His Eminence was ordained a monk at the Ilfov monastery on January 7, 1986.
The Most Reverend Father Mihail has been leading the Bishopric of Australia and New Zealand since June 2008. Recently, the Most Reverend Father Iachin de Pacific joined him in serving the Romanians in the diaspora as vicar bishop of the diocese.
