Romanian students won three bronze medals at the International Economics Olympiadpřeloženo

Romanian students won three bronze medals at the 2026 International Economics Olympiad, held in Shenzhen, China, where 56 teams competed.

Medaile získali Radu Nedea z International British School of Bukurešť, Robert Bercea z British International School of Temešvár a Iustin Alexandru Gheorghe z National College „Mihai Viteazul“ v Ploiești.

V rumunském týmu byli také Giorgio Filippo Sforza z International School of Bukurešť a Iris Voinea z Cambridge School of Bukurešť.

The batch was coordinated by Professor Cristian Gheorghe, academic coordinator of the Romanian Center for Excellence in Economics (RECE).

This year, 21 awards were given Letošní výsledek zvyšuje počet Rumunska na 21 ocenění získaných za osm účastí na Mezinárodní ekonomické olympiádě: čtyři stříbrné medaile, 15 bronzových medailí a dvě čestná uznání.
