His Eminence celebrated the All-Night Vigil on the eve of the 22nd Sunday after Pentecosttranslated

On the evening of October 31, on the eve of the 22nd Sunday after Pentecost, His Eminence Archbishop Savva of Tiraspol and Dubossary led the service of the All-Night Vigil in the Cathedral of the Nativity of Christ. The cathedral clergy concelebrated with the Most Reverend Bishop. On the polyeleos, the Ruling Bishop read the eleventh Sunday Gospel (John 21:15–25), which tells about the appearance of the risen Lord Jesus Christ to the disciples and the threefold questioning of the Apostle Peter: “Simon the Jonah! do you love me? Having confessed his love for Christ three times, the Apostle Peter received from the Lord an assignment to shepherd His verbal flock. Before reading the canons, Archbishop Sava addressed the clergy and laity with an archpastoral word, congratulating those gathered on the upcoming Sunday. Then His Eminence the Bishop announced the schedule of services for the coming week and anointed the clergy and parishioners with blessed oil.
