Grandfather Nicholas will consecrate the newest church in the district - "Holy Trinity" in Dragortranslated

On November 14, 2026, the long-awaited Orthodox Church "Holy Trinity" in Dragor will be consecrated. This is the second church that was built in the new millennium in our area. The first was the one built with donations - "St. George the Victorious", in 2003 in Pazardzhik.
The good news was announced by the Bishopric Intercession in Pazardzhik. At 8:00 a.m. on November 14, the solemn liturgy for the consecration of the church and the ordination of the priest will begin.
According to the church program, the consecration and the festive holy liturgy will be celebrated by Plovdiv Metropolitan Nikolay. Behind this event are years of effort, faith, giving and perseverance. The first sod of the church was made on May 7, 2015, and its construction went through a number of difficulties. With the support of the local community, donors and the state, the dream of owning an Orthodox church is now a reality.
