On October 15, 2026, representatives of the South Kazakhstan region “Neklinovsky Yurt” of the East Kazakhstan region “VVD”, led by the first deputy (comrade) ataman A.V. Gerasimenko and confessor of the yurt, rector of the Church of Equal-to-the-Apostles Mary Magdalene s. Red Landing Priest Daniil Davidenko took part in the traditional regional Cossack holiday “Intercession on the Don”.

The event took place at the site of the Municipal Budgetary Educational Institution Pokrovskaya Secondary School “NOK”, which has the status of “Cossack” since 2017. The celebration was attended by representatives of the Education Department of the Neklinovsky District Administration, the Pokrovsky Settlement Administration, and the teaching staff of the Taganrog Institute named after A.P. Chekhov (branch) of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "RGUE (RINH)", schoolchildren and kindergarten students of the Neklinovsky district.

According to tradition, the event began with the ceremonial removal of the flag and the performance of the anthem of the military Cossack society “The Great Don Army.”
