At the Scarlet Sails shelter, the priest performed a prayer service for health and congratulated those present on the holiday of the Baptism of Rus'. In the conversation, he spoke about the three Persons of God, called on them to fulfill God’s commandments and love the Lord and their neighbors. After the prayer service, the priest sprinkled holy water on those present. At the boarding house for the elderly “Scarlet Sails” on Rodkina, 8, Father Alexy also performed a prayer service for health. He spoke about the sacrificial love of Christ, called to fight against condemnation and grumbling, and through forgiveness and mercy to approach the Kingdom of Heaven. The parishioners of the church also visited the “Bomzh” Center for Assistance to People Without a Fixed Place of Residence. They brought 80 food sets, and for tea drinking they prepared 14 sets with treats for each room. All trips were made possible thanks to parishioners who help with deeds, time, funds and prayer.
