Days of spirituality and culture “Radiance of Russia”-2026 have endedtranslated

The traditional Days of Russian spirituality and culture “Shining of Russia” continued in Irkutsk this year from September 6 to 27 and ended with a unique concert, which took place at the Irkutsk Regional Philharmonic. The concert not only concluded the traditional All-Russian holiday “Radiance of Russia”, during which more than a thousand cultural events took place, but also had an important charitable purpose - the funds raised at the concert will be used for the urgent restoration of the Holy Cross Church - one of the most beautiful churches in Siberia, a monument of federal significance. The event was honored with the presence of Metropolitan of Irkutsk and Angarsk Maximilian, Bishop of Rubtsovsky and Aleisky Roman, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Irkutsk Region Andrei Vladimirovich Yuzhakov, Deputy Minister of Culture of the region Svetlana Zhanovna Kaplina and head of the Commission for Culture of the Irkutsk Diocese Archpriest Pavel Telegin.
