Liviu Gabriel Mușat, the general director of the South-Muntenia Regional Development Agency, received the Metropolitan Order "Holy Hierarch Neophyte the Cretan" for laymen on Tuesday, in a short ceremony hosted by the Palace of the Patriarchate.
