More than 300 thousand people bowed to the right hand of St. Spyridon of Trimythous in Moscow, and in total over a million pilgrims prayed at the shrine throughout Russia.

In the capital’s Cathedral of Christ the Savior, the ark with the right hand remained from September 15 to 20, 2026, and during this time “more than three hundred thousand people venerated the relics,” reports the website of the Moscow (city) diocese.

During the period of the shrine’s stay, the clergy of the Moscow (city) diocese performed prayer services at the shrine with relics and provided spiritual support to pilgrims standing in line.
